Zakayev extends care to Chechen Diaspora in Europe

London/Agency Caucasus – Ahmed Zakayev, Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, appointed a special emissary in an effort both to make an assessment of the situation that involves the growing Chechen incursion into Europe and to share with them the policies of his new government. 

Visit Ibrahimov, President of the Liaison Office for the Vaynah Office of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, will act as Zakayev’s special emissary when he visits Germany on the first leg of his European tour. He is expected to meet with Umar Dandiyev, the official representative of Diaspora in Germany, among others. He will visit Belgium, France, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Britain and Poland as well. Ibrahimov also acts as the ambassador of the Chechen Republic of Ichekeria to Austria.

Ibrahimov will try to come up during his talks with an assessment of how the Chechens in Europe tend to live socially as well as economically. He will also observe several other aspects such as language, culture, tradition and customs of those Chechens.
