Nalchik/Agency Caucasus – President Arsen Kanokov of the North Caucasian Republic of the Kabardino-Balkaria chose Dmitri Nechayev as Deputy Prime Minister on January 23.
Nechayev, 32, will deal with the way that communications, civil unions and the national attitude towards the youth are handled.
Nachayev was born in the Dolgoshelye village of Mezenski city, part of the Arhangalski region. He graduated from the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Academy with a degree in law in 1999. He served in various departments of the FSB until 2007. Since then, he was working for a private company.
