Entrepreneur Kabarda-Balkar students to win scholarship

Nalchik/Agency Caucasus – The administration of Kabardino-Balkaria will award €500 worth of grants to young students to encourage them to study entrepreneurship abroad.

Amendments to a special government programme chiefly designed in line with demands from the government to fill the vacancies were adopted in the Parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria. The new programme allows 25 students to study entrepreneurship abroad on a scholarship.

"The first group of 14 students have been studying in Britain since September. One student has been sent to France. The other ten are going to be sent to Switzerland to study entrepreneurship in the field of tourism," said Ali Musukov, who is the Minister of Finance.

The programme also suggests that the students should be awarded grants to learn English for a year before their studies begin in international schools of entrepreneurship. A group of 60 students were selected to get a year of English language classes, Musukov said.
