Nalchik/Agency Caucasus – It is informed that, an organization named ‘Black Hawks – Anti-Wahabists’ in Kabardino-Balkaria left a threat note to the family of an alleged resistance fighter, Astemir Mamishev.
As it is announced, in the capital city of Kabardino-Balkaria, Nalchik in Astemir Mamishov’s family’s house a threat note from the organization ‘Black Hawks – Anti-Wahabists’ was found. Astemir Mamishov is on the federals’ wanted list for involving murders across the country.
In the night of 5 February to the garden of Mamishev family’s home, which is in the district of Volny Aul in Nalchik, 4 molotov cocktails were thrown by unknown men. Astemir’s mother Marina Mamisheva said “As a result of explosion all windows of the house were broken and fire started. With our own efforts we were managed to extinguish the fire. 1 of the molotov cocktails fell under the car which was in the garden and in the car there were gas tubes. Fortunately it did not explode.” Later Mamishev family found a note in the garden. On the note it was written that “Warning! If your son kills one more Kabardino-Balkarian, you will be WIPED OUT! Signed by ‘Black Hawks – Anti-Wahabists’.”
Earlier there was no information about the existence of an organization with this name. A short time ago during the meetings conducted because of the rising number of ‘resistance group’s’ armed actions, president of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov started raising his idea of ‘holding responsible resistance group’s families because of groups’ actions and forming voluntary militia forces among the citizens” frequently. Lately these ideas have been intensively discussed among the administration and public, especially on the web.
Marina Mamisheva previously appealed to the President of Kabardino-Balkaria and human rights groups and demanded protection for his two sons and grandchildren. According to Mamisheva, ‘they did not commit any crimes.’ Mamisheva is quite worried due to the last attack on her family. KU/OZ/CY
