Kokoiti: Tbilisi to start war in September

Moscow/Agency Caucasus – Georgia, a country which has occasionally attacked Osset villages since last week, prepares to wage a war in September, argued Eduard Kokoiti, President of South Ossetia.

After he met with Denis Keefe, the British Ambassador to Georgia, Kokoiti told RIA Novosti, a Russian news agency, that his administration knew definitely that a wide-scale military operation would have been launched by the Georgian administration of Mikheil Saakashvili, President of Georgia, against South Ossetia until September.

Georgian officials told the Georgians who lived in the villages of South Ossetia that Tbilisi would gain the control of the region until September: "But, if Georgia starts to attack, voluntary troops will come from abroad to defend South Ossetia against Georgia."
